Support HEIC image files, commonly used in iPhones.

I faced a challenge while dealing with iPhone images in HEIC format. I had to convert them first and then upload jpg on SocialBu. Converting these images to JPEG format was a time-consuming task that often led to frustration.
Also it also resulted in a noticeable reduction in image quality.
