Improve curation with RSS inputs

The curation area is a great idea, but it doesn't have a lot of useful content for more niche categories. Could we get an option in the filter section to inject custom RSS feeds, for instance? (or any way to create custom RSS inputs)
It almost seems like the current list is a library of RSS feeds where each feed is tagged with one of the existing tags, so hopefully this is easy to add technically.
