So the bulk import system seriously needs some work.
- I have 4,380 tweets to upload to cue and the spreadsheet system capping out at 200 is just ridiculous
-I've had to delete my cue 3 times and start again because there is an error that happens when you drag to upload where it will either add the same sheet multiple times or not at all, but you cant tell based on the response. It was only after individually uploading 22 separate sheets that i noticed the numbers didn't line up without any reasonable way to figure out where things went wrong
given that you guys cap the posts per page in the queue view to 20 its impossible to figure out what went wrong and which sheet you are on so you end up having to delete the whole queue and start again.
There isn't really a great way to keep track of which file you are on. If you are going to cap posts per sheet at 200, at the very least you guys could enable dragging a batch of files into the upload area and have the system process sequentially.
The UX on this is some of the worst i have ever seen. Please please please let this make its way into your roadmap. The other things i see in the "planned" section seem silly when you have core functions are barely functioning.

So to update, its even saying "successfully uploaded" and then i check the queue and they actually havent been uploaded. Not every time, just sometimes. I think i have it figured out but now i have 3x more work because i have to
1) upload.
2) check total (maybe re-try to upload again if it said successful but didnt add to queue)
3) rename the sheet in my files to show i uploaded it
4)Repeat 22 times.

Hi there đź‘‹
Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are going to add an option through which user can set the number of posts per page. I have added that in the development tasks and hopefully it will be ready soon.
We can allow uploading more than 200 posts at a time, but the reason for that limit was to ensure optimal performance and prevent potential slowdowns when handling large amounts of data.
As far as uploading multiple files at a time is concerned, actually where there is an error in the post, we highlight that error with exact row number (post) so that user can fix it easily. In the case of multiple files uploading, there will be a complexity. However, we will see if we can do it in a suitable way.

Sometimes, it may take a little time for posts to appear in the Queue, but it shouldn’t take too long.
If your posts haven’t shown up after 2-5 minutes, please reach out to us, and we’ll look into it.
For troubleshooting, we might also request your CSV file for testing purposes. You can contact us at support@socialbu.com for assistance.
